Our Seven Course Surprise Tasting menu is tailored for the adventurous diner where caution is thrown to the wind and a custom menu is created “a la minute”. It is designed to give the guest a snapshot of the chef’s philosophy of food by creating a journey of taste sensations. There is an option for wine to be paired with each course which gives guests the most abundant opportunity to experience many different tastes of food and wine during their visit.
