Let’s Dish
The commitment to serving food made with products at their peak flavor is exemplified on our menu daily. The chefs pull inspiration from many local Milwaukee markets throughout the seasons to create dishes which showcase the farmer’s bounty. Procuring the finest quality ingredients to enrich the menu is a ceaseless practice in the Sanford kitchen.
During Phase One we are featuring a four course limited menu (sample shown below) for our guests which will highlight a combination of new dishes and Sanford classics to bridge the gap of pre and post pandemic dining.
(Please note, our A la Carte Menu, Four Course Seasonal Menu and Seven Course Surprise Tasting Menu are not available during Phase One)

Polite Request
To mask, or not to mask… that is the question. Although vaccinations are on the rise, during Phase One we will request guests wear masks when entering the building or moving about, whether to visit with a table you know or head to the restroom, please mask up. While seated at your table, no mask required.
Our servers and staff will be wearing masks as a general safety measure throughout service.

Please Remember
When making a reservation it is advantageous for everyone if you inform our staff of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. There are many ingredients and steps involved in each dish on the menu that may not be as easily modified if told the night of your reservation. Giving us a “heads up” allows the chef the opportunity to thoughtfully create and modify dishes to accommodate any diet.
And although we love children, many of our guests are coming to dinner to escape the chaos of home or to celebrate a special occasion, so we respectfully ask that the little ones stay with a sitter.
