Seven-Course Surprise Tasting Menu
Our Seven-Course Surprise Tasting Menu (offered Monday through Friday only , 115. / person) is tailored for the adventurous diner where caution is thrown to the wind and a custom menu is created “a la minute”. It is designed to give the guest a snapshot of the chef’s philosophy of food by creating a journey of taste sensations. There is an option for wine to be paired with each course (for an additional charge) which gives guests the most abundant opportunity to experience many different tastes of food and wine during their visit. Please inform our staff of any allergies or food restrictions at the time of making your reservation if you are planning on enjoying the Surprise Tasting Menu.
Polite Request
We intend to follow CDC guidelines regarding masks and social distancing. Our staff will continue to wear masks as a safety precaution. We encourage guests to use their own discretion.
Please Remember
When making a reservation it is advantageous for everyone if you inform our staff of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. There are many ingredients and steps involved in each dish on the menu that may not be as easily modified if told the night of your reservation. Giving us a “heads up” allows the chef the opportunity to thoughtfully create and modify dishes to accommodate any diet.
And although we love children, many of our guests are coming to dinner to escape the chaos of home or to celebrate a special occasion, so we respectfully ask that the little ones stay with a sitter.
