A TWO NIGHT EVENT!
We feel incandescently lucky to have Sandy D’Amato returning to his flagship restaurant to cook with Justin for this two night event, celebrating 35 years of Sanford!
We could not think of a better way to celebrate than with all of you, our supportive patrons and cheerleaders over these past 3+ decades, and with chefs that we think the world of! The honor is, and has been, all ours, and we do not take it for granted.
From one honor to the next, each course throughout these two nights will present a cohort of talented chefs we are so grateful to know and call our friends. Alongside Sandy and Justin we are excited to welcome new friends and old, people who’ve taught and inspired us in a multitude of ways. Joining us will be our Chef de Cuisine, Joshua Mendiola; Chef Cortney Burns, a Midwest native joining us from the east coast; Chef Gregory León of Amilinda; Chef Joe Muench of the Black Shoe Hospitality group; Chef Dana Spandet of Flour Girl & Flame; and Chef Luke Zahm of The Driftless Cafe and enthusiastic host of Wisconsin Foodie. The evening would not be complete without thoughtful wine pairings to accentuate each chef’s dish. We are delighted to welcome back Kenny Likitprakong of HOBO Wine Company along with his beautiful portfolio of wine to round out our event.

Tuesday, November 5th at 12:00pm cst.
Please call Sanford Restaurant at 1-414-276-9608 to reserve your spot.
A credit card is required at the time of booking your reservation but will not be charged until closer to the event.
Reservations are non-refundable, but are transferrable;
you may send someone else in your place.
As is tradition, communal seating will be practiced at this event as space is limited.
With ample notice we will accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions where possible.
